decafé is a one-of-a-kind inspired space, perfect for kids'
parties, baby showers, book clubs, and parent group gatherings.
The space is available for full-service planned birthday parties
on Saturdays and Sundays, and do-it-yourself parties every day by
reservation. The party room can be reserved in advance free of charge for parent and non-profit meetings. For full-service events, we provide setup and cleanup. For all other events, partygoers and “meeters” are responsible to leave the space as clean and wonderful as they found it. you have a pirate, a princess, or the best of both, in the weeks
leading up to your child’s party, you can rest assured that
each detail will be arranged with them in mind. Each full-service party includes: Aglamesis ice creamHere are a few party themes that have gone swimmingly: PiratesAnd let’s not forget book themes: Shel SilversteinA manatee theme is also an inspired choice. Custom Parties: we can accommodate special themes at least 2 months in advance to arrange for required details, inspiration, and magic. We can also transform gathering into a "manaTEA" party. You and your guest(s) can reserve a table in the party room or decafé and have tea and a light lunch served to you. Platter includes: choice of sandwich (Peanut Butter, Jam or Cheese), fruit and cookies and of course, tea. A "manaTEA" party is $10 per person. Please make reservation 1 week prior at 513.731.2665 or contact@bluemanateebooks.com. Extras are always optional and can be added to the party bill, such as themed paper goods, smoothies, extra refreshments (hot chocolate, etc.), and additional goody bag items, as well as help acquiring food or cake and ultra-customized crafts. note: We do not provide full-service birthday parties for 1 or 2 year olds; a room rental, facilitated by their grown-ups, is more age-appropriate. The maximum number of children at a 3 year-old party is 6, to accomodate parents, who need to stay with their children. |
